Burnout is not always about exhaustion. It's also about losing your spark or feeling disconnected from work and life.
This is a 1 hour 15 minute session designed to help you not just recognise burnout, but actively work through it using Neurographic Art, an art-based method that uses water or acrylic paints to help identify and release the stress and tension stored in the body. Developed by Pavel Piskarev in 2014, it's a robust method rooted in the principle of neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to reorganise itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. As you paint, the process slows down your nervous system, reduces the inner chatter, and gently guides you into what psychologists call a flow state, which is a full-bodied immersion in the present moment.
We close with a 15-minute BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) protocol, aimed at bringing a renewed sense of hope and forward movement, right when you need it most.
No art experience is needed.
