This workshop is designed to serve as a supplemental tool for individuals currently navigating their mental health journeys. By utilizing the structured, rhythmic nature of art forms like Mandala and Madhubani, participants will find a grounding, meditative space to explore self-expression. The focus is entirely on the process of creation and mindfulness, helping the participants entirely focus on the canvas in front of them,forgetting the rest of the world for some time.
Utilizing the repetitive strokes inherent in forms like Mandala and Madhubani to induce a state of flow, helping to soothe the nervous system.
Providing a tangible medium for participants to process internal emotions without the immediate need for verbal articulation.
Fostering a shared sense of accomplishment, creativity, and mutual support within a guided group setting.
