The ADHD Room
The ADHD Room is a space to talk about what it is actually like to live with ADHD. Every month brings a new theme and a new conversation. You might talk about work, relationships, overwhelm, routines, friendships, self-understanding, or simply the everyday things that can be difficult to explain to people who don't experience them themselves.

About the room
The ADHD Room is a monthly gathering for adults with ADHD to come together, share experiences, listen to others, and feel a little less alone.
Each month, we meet around a different theme related to living with ADHD. The theme will be shared with you before the session, so you can come in with your thoughts, experiences, or questions.
You don't need to have a formal diagnosis to join us. If you identify with ADHD and want to spend time with people who understand some of the ways your brain works, you're welcome here.
The room is facilitated by Anima Nair, CPD-Certified Neurodiversity Practitioner, and Smitha Murthy, Founder of MyndStories. They alternate as the primary facilitator each month. Smitha lives with ADHD and Anima lives with autism.
What you can take away
- A facilitated group conversation around a theme shared before each session
- A chance to hear from other adults who identify with or have ADHD
- Space to share your own experiences, if and when you want to
- Different perspectives on the everyday realities of living with ADHD
- An environment where you don't have to explain every ADHD-related experience from scratch
- The opportunity to connect with others and feel less alone in your experiences
You can keep your camera off and participate at your own pace. You don't have to speak to belong in the room.
